Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a curious, collaborative, and analytically minded individual to join our Insight & Evaluation team as a Data Analyst. You’ll bring proven experience in managing and analysing complex datasets, particularly in a programme or impact evaluation setting, and you’ll be confident using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI to deliver clear, engaging insights. Your strong understanding of data management principles and quality assurance processes will enable you to build reliable systems and support robust, evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.
You’ll be someone who thrives on turning data into action, with the ability to communicate complex information in ways that resonate with a wide range of audiences - from delivery teams to funders. Comfortable working independently, you’ll also be an enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues across functions to improve outcomes and foster a data-informed culture. A commitment to our mission and values, as well as a proactive, solution-focused approach, will be key to your success in this role
