Happy Shoesday 2026
Happy Shoesday is back on Tuesday 19 May 2026!
As part of Walk to School Week, we’re inviting schools across the country to take part in a feel-good fundraising day that celebrates walking, wellbeing and creativity. Pupils simply wear any shoes that make them feel happy – bright, bold, sparkly, comfy, sporty, or wonderfully weird – and donate what they can.
Every school keeps 50% of the money raised, and the other 50% goes to Living Streets, helping us continue our vital work to make streets safer, healthier and more walkable for all.

Happy Shoesday is an opportunity to boost school spirit, bring some simple fun, and celebrate individuality whilst raising funds for a brilliant cause.
