One of our dedicated Try20 pledgers, Jean Taylor, documents her National Walking Month journey and tells us why walking is so great.
In April, I signed up to #Try20 during National Walking Month. I wanted to use the challenge as a bit of an incentive to get walking more. I've always enjoyed walking but finding the time to fit it into my lifestyle was a struggle.
The #Try20 challenge has helped me overcome that barrier. Three weeks in and I have walked for 20 minutes every day and am really feeling the benefits!
