Moortown Living Streets Group launched in May 2018 and is entirely focused on making the streets of Moortown more attractive and people friendly.
We’re campaigning for safer, more enjoyable local routes for people using all forms of active travel - with particular emphasis on the needs of local school children and people with mobility issues.
Our ultimate aim is to create an environment where active travel becomes the most natural and rewarding way for everyone to visit local schools, friends, shops, and all the amenities that make Moortown thrive.
We’re looking for people to support us in achieving our aims and we’d be delighted if you’d sign up to receive news from your local group. You can also follow us on Twitter if you have any questions or would like to help us with our campaigns.
Just so you know, below you're contacting a local volunteer, not the national charity.
