It is National Walking Month and to celebrate, we are partnering with the Crumbs City Trail app and Westfield Health to encourage everyone to get walking and explore their cities.

This National Walking Month we are challenging you to #Try20 and walk 20 minutes a day to make you feel fitter, brighter and more connected to your community. Crumbs City Trails are a fun new way for all the family to explore your home city and reach the recommended amount of exercise for the week.

The Crumbs City Trails mobile app takes you on a walking route scattered with clues and trivia questions to help you discover more about the culture and history of the area.

Living Streets have developed FREE trails for May around London, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Sheffield, Bristol, Manchester, Bradford, Leeds, Leicester, Birmingham and Newcastle.
