This is an exciting role, providing support to the Finance functions of the organisation including: Proactively assisting with enquiry management; maintaining finance email inboxes; maintenance of the purchase and sales ledgers; and bank reconciliations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Living Streets’ financial processes, helping to ensure they run smoothly and high standards of customer service both internally to staff, and externally to our partners, supporters, Local Groups and members of the public are maintained at all times.. The post-holder will be required to provide cover and support the work of the Finance Assistant and other same grade staff as and when necessary.
Training/coaching will be provided by the Finance team on all financial duties
