Making your donation by Standing Order from your bank is a very convenient way to give regular support.

If you want to give regular amounts to Living Streets then please print and complete this form.

Remember you always remain in control and can alter or stop your Standing Order at any time just by writing to your bank and to us (to let us know - particularly if you Gift Aid your donations).

4. Gift Aid
As part of the Gift Aid scheme it is now possible for Charities to reclaim the tax you pay on your donation if you are a basic rate tax payer. If you tick the first box this means that for every £1 you give, Living Streets can claim an extra 28p from the tax man. And it won't cost you a penny extra. Please treat all donations I have made to Living Streets and all donations I make thereafter as Gift Aid.
