Get involved in a local branch or affiliated group

Local Living Streets members work with their local councils to improve conditions for pedestrians
Local Living Streets members work with their local councils to improve conditions for pedestrians

The Living Streets agenda can only work if it can be implemented throughout the cities, towns, villages and boroughs of the UK. Living Streets has a network of local branches and individual local campaigners working in their own communities to create living streets. Other local groups are affiliating to Living Streets, so that they can also become involved in our work. Have a look at the network below and see what is happening in your area.

In London and Scotland the local branches have come together to form London Living Streets and Living Streets Scotland to campaign collectively on pedestrian issues and to establish a better platform for people on foot to be heard from

Why not become involved yourself? Contact the national office if you'd like to help create living streets in your neighbourhood.

If you are from a local community group (for example, a residents association, pensioner group, or neighbourhood watch) why not affiliated to Living Streets? It costs just £15 per year, and we'll keep you updated on all our campaigns, plus send you hints and tips on how to improve your streets locally. Simply download this form and send it to us with a cheque for £15.
