Living Streets only sends regular emails to people that:

• have confirmed their request by clicking on a personalised link in an email to them
• subsequently wish to continue to receive them.

This protects you from others signing you up for our mailings and means we only send mail to those people who really want to receive it.

Our mailing list management system follows established industry best practice designed to protect your privacy and ensure that you do not receive unwanted or unsolicited email.

We never allow anyone else to use your email address for any purpose and only use your address in ways for which you have given us permission. We do not sell, share, swap, trade or rent our subscriber list to anyone.

Your email address will not appear anywhere within this website nor is it available to any indivudual outside of the living streets organisation.

Confirmed requests to be removed from our subscriber list through our website are honoured automatically and take immediate effect. Moreover, we will not retain your address once you have unsubscribed, nor will we pass it on if you unsubscribe. Our automated unsubscribe facility will delete your address from our database immediately. Alternatively, you may request cancellation by contacting us by post, telephone or fax. Offline cancellation requests are handled as soon as practicable.
