The Sutton branch is composed of a dedicated group of activists who work closely with Living Streets London and London Borough of Sutton on a number of projects. The group also uses the facilities and help provided by Ecolocal, a Sutton-based environmental organisation, based in Carshalton.
Our projects include:
- Campaigning for better pedestrian facilities at various locations in Sutton including a demonstration, in association with Living Streets London, in support of a "Green Man" crossing in Carshalton
- Carrying out street audits to measure facilities provided for pedestrians.
- Production of walking maps for the London Borough of Sutton, is association with Ecolocal
- Giving feedback and taking part in Consultations.
