Bristol Living Streets

Bristol Living Streets is a highly effective local group with 65 registered supporters.

We are currently pressing for:

- improvements to the planned 20mph pilot areas - some success already!

- removing 'barriers to walking' by campaigning for crossings on certain roads

- a review of pedestrian crossings, with wait times for pedestrians reduced to a maximum  of 30seconds, with many set to zero wait.

- better enforcement of existing parking regulations, especially with regard to pavement parking
