Bull Frogs: I tend to pop in as I'm passing and on most occasions come out with something...
Quick Lunch time walk to Boots, can pick up a sandwich while Im there
To the canteen for an almond slice :-)
If you don't hang about you can just about make it to London Road and back from the hospital during your lunch break!
There's not much near the hospital but the garden centre can be worth a look during the summer.
There are lots of shops in East Sheen as well as cafes. A favourite with P&FM staff are the Dress Agencies where you can often pick up a bargain. You can walk through Richmond Park to get there and enjoy the sights of the park, do a quick shop and then walk at a fast pace to return to work. I find you feel much better if you take a break during the day and work more effectively in the afternoon.
the Bentalls centre kingston!
I often wander up to Tescos at lunch to get some fresh air and exercise and sometimes some healthy snacks/ice cream, depending on whether Louise is with me or not! :)
I crave good coffee and Ravellos provides it for me. I will often walk to this excellent coffee shop to indulge my inner cafe-oholic. I know its not really shopping, but its how I indulge!

I like to pop into Waterstones to look for books to read my boys.
I have also been summer shopping for clothes for myself
