Retail therapy
Are you partial to a bit of lunchtime retail therapy? Tell us where you like to walk to indulge your inner shopaholic, and we'll treat you to a lovely 5 points.
I often pop up to Walton Vale shops at lunch time. It has all of the basics, including most of the bankcs, boots and lots of very good local shops.
Stratford is not my ideal place to shop but the best walkable in distance for me. From where I live it's about 2.6miles round trip but an enjoyable walk.
To the shop to get lunch
I work part time so don't get a lunch break but my retail therapy happens either on my way to work or home. City Centre is great for shopping especially the market. finding more and more treasures there each week.
I walk down Lands Lane, through the arcades and back up Park Row - 2 to 3 times a week. It's about a mile and takes 25 minutes
I walk into Wednesfield village to buy fresh greens for my guinea pigs.
Headingley is great for shops
